Our tasting room occupies a century-old stone barn, carefully restored with natural materials — reclaimed cedar, river stone, and hand-plastered walls. The aesthetic draws from the Japanese concept of wabi-sabi: beauty in imperfection, elegance in simplicity.
Sake is served in handmade ceramic cups by our knowledgeable staff, who guide you through each pour with stories of the brewing process and pairing suggestions. In warmer months, our Japanese garden provides an outdoor tasting experience beneath mature wisteria and cherry trees.

Classic Flight
A guided journey through all five of our sake expressions. Includes tasting notes card and seasonal food pairing.
Deep Dive
An intimate, in-depth experience with Tak or a senior brewer. Explore sake grades, rice polishing, and fermentation science. Includes expanded tasting flight and a take-home bottle.
Brewery Tour & Tasting
Go behind the scenes. Walk through the koji room, fermentation cellar, and pressing area. Followed by a private tasting in our garden.
Private Event
Host your celebration in our tasting room or garden. We work with local chefs to create a sake-paired menu tailored to your event.

Handmade Ceramics
Sake is served in handcrafted cups sourced from Japanese potters. The weight, texture, and shape of each cup is chosen to complement the sake it holds.
Food Pairings
Each tasting includes carefully chosen food pairings — from aged cheeses and charcuterie to seasonal Japanese small plates prepared by our kitchen.
Sake Education
Our staff guides you through each pour with stories of the brewing process, tasting techniques, and food pairing advice. Ask about our monthly Sake 101 workshops.
